Switching out shampoos and conditioners?

why do people switch their shampoos and conditioners? i dont have damaged hair but i use shampoos and such that r for damaged and dry hair. is that bad for my hair? i switch off from neurogena triple moisture shampoo and conditioner, the new loreal pink vive pro shampoo and conditioner, the john frieda briliant brunette shampoo and conditioner. r these good shampoos and conditioners? oh yeai also use the triple moisture neutrogena hair mask once a week to make my hair shiny and soft.

Switching out shampoos and conditioners?

If you don't have damaged hair and you use damaged/dry hair shampoo, it will not harm your hair at all. It will keep your hair moisturized and healthy. And it is good to switch off shampoos and conditioners because if you use one set for a while, then your hair will get used to the shampoo %26amp; conditioner and not work as great as it did the first few times you used it. Your hair needs different kinds of protein, and different shampoos have different kinds of proteins in them, so since you keep switching like that all the time, then you are giving your hair top treatment!

Your hair gets used to shampoo and conditioner, and it stops working the same way it did the first few times you used it. Different shampoos and conditioners have different ingredients and work in different ways. To get maximum results, use a clarifying shampoo every 4th or 5th shampoo, or keep doing what you're doing and switch here and there. As long as the shampoos you're using are working for your hair, there's nothing wrong with store brands, just no pantene, suave or white rain please!!!
