so. I wrote a list of 10 shampoos and conditioners and people rated them extremely different because the products work different for their hair. i tried garnier fructus, pantene, dove, sunsilk, loreal, suave, phyto, and basically all the ones that you can think of. See my hair isn't terrible, but it is definitely not as shiny as I would like it to be and when i start to use one of the shampoos and conditioners, it works for a period of time and then stops. I am using barex italiana shampoo and conditioner which is from a salon. Any other reccomendations and why do u think im having this problem.

i had the same problem so i finally splurged and bought all redken products... shampoo and conditioner i use smooth down and soft. i rotate back and forth. their buttercream conditioner is really good too. then i use their styling products like the all shine (i think thats what it is called) and it gives your hair a glossy finish.

Well if you style your hair as in straighten or curl it sometimes takes away the gloss of your hair. Some of the herbel essences that are coming out say they enhance the shine in your hair. What you can also do is go to a salon and get a gloss treatment done to your hair. Its pretty cheap depending on the leng of you hair. Hope I helped.
